iTelco Overview

iTelco is an easy to use, reasonably priced complete billing application for Telecom carriers that focuses on interconnect and corporate services. When coupled with iBGP, you get a flexible and powerful solution able to manage huge amounts of traffic and support a very large range of network equipment.

• Manage accounts: designed to manage a small amount of customers that has a large amount of traffic associated to the account.
• Manage international data: Regions, dial codes, currency
• Manage network data: Describes network for each account and globally
• Manage Call details: information describing calls that went through the switch
• Mediation: Conversion of GSPv06 files to ASCII with simple event based filtering
• Rating: 2 rating logics
• Invoice management: Invoice templates and invoicing process.
• Activity logging information: keep track of the activity of the system for administration purposes
• Call detail loading module: module used to load call detail text files in the database
• Client side application: basic client end user interface to manage the data managed in the database.
